Cancellation and Return Conditions


  1. When you place an order through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract provided to you electronically.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
  3. Shipping costs, which are the shipping expenses of the product, will be paid by the buyers.
  4. Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal 30-day period, provided that it does not exceed. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers can terminate the contract.
  5. In case the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date he learns about it. Within 14 days, the total price must be refunded to the buyer.
  6. If the buyer does not pay the product price he purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
  7. If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller's expense.
  8. If a force majeure that the seller cannot foresee occurs and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; the total price is refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
  9. The buyer must examine the product/service before receiving it; torn, stained, etc., and must protect the product/service after delivery, which falls into the damaged and defective goods category. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
  10. The buyer may use the right of withdrawal without any legal or criminal liability and without showing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product/service purchased by notifying the seller by contacting the communication information below.



The product to be returned must be returned with the transparent protective bag and the original package/box, and the product label must not be removed or the hygiene tapes must not be removed. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.

Check the packages you think are damaged during shipment in the presence of the authorized person of the firm you received.

*** Damaged products for which a report has not been prepared are not accepted for return under any circumstances.

To be able to return the product, it must be sent with the invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted, and the price is not refunded.

The prices of products whose return is approved are refunded to you as soon as possible.
